CNHC is a regulatory authority who cover 16 types of complementary health techniques, including Hypnotherapy. Reputable organisations and professional practitioners are presently in the process of registering or have registered with this organisation.
CNHC was set up by the Government to help protect the public and as a result it is the lead organisation. They work with the U.K. Government to help agree standards, Codes of Ethics and to campaign to Government, in how to develop the Complementary Health sector and the public's safety as a whole.
Being a member is completely voluntary but shows that the Practitioner has been assessed and abides by the Code of Ethics as well as having insurance and has completed the appropriate training in Hypnotherapy.
KDG feels it is important to have such safeguards in place. As a result KDG has insurance, DBS Checks with the police and is registered with Industry organisations. In addition, she is also registered with Information Commissioner's Office for the storing of personal data.
KDG Hypnotherapy are presently registered with CNHC and hold their Quality Mark for Hypnotherapy.
Anxiety UK
Anxiety U.K. are a national charity who help people with anxiety related conditions and helps them to be supported through their membership services. The charity offer therapies in Hypnotherapy, Counselling and CBT .
I am registered as a Clinical Hypnotherapist qualified to assist people with anxiety related needs to have the necessary support via Clinical Hypnotherapy.
I have undergone a number of assessments, references, vetting checks and been fully assessed by Anxiety U.K as meeting their stringent standards and professional ethics.
