All clients records will remain confidential in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018 as well as the European regulations GDPR which came into effect on 25th May 2018. This law replaces the Data Protection Law in Europe. KDG Hypnotherapy abides with Data Protection Act 2018 by protecting your data. Should you enter into an agreement to have hypnotherapy or past life regression therapy you are protected under these regulations. If you wish to know what information is stored you can write to ourselves and request that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
